In-Store Purchases

Showcase guarantees products are free from manufacturer defects for 30 days after purchase with a valid receipt unless otherwise noted on your receipt.

If your product is found to have a manufacturer defect, Showcase will issue a an exchange or store credit. Please contact us for more details.

Online Purchases

When purchasing online, please contact Customer Service for additional instructions and an RA (Return Authorization) number. Click here to get your RA number now. For items deemed to be defective by the Showcase Returns Department, you will be sent a prepaid return label. Please note that for all other returns, the customer is responsible for return freight charges.
