Any online purchase can be returned to our site within 30 days of delivery. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment. We are happy to issue a full refund for your purchase, however, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping your return.
1. Get your RA number (we will email this to you after reviewing your return submission).
2. Repackage your item (along with its original packaging and all required accessories). Seal the box and write your RA number in large numbers on the outside of the box. You can use the shipping company and service level of your choice to return your order.
3. Ship it back!
Showcase guarantees products are free from manufacturer defects for 30 days after purchase with a valid receipt unless otherwise noted on your receipt.

Can I Return My Online Order To One Of Your Stores?
Unfortunately we do not accept online returns in-store at this time.
Unfortunately we do not accept direct drop-off of returns at our warehouse.
At Showcase, we want you to be able to learn as much about a product as possible before you buy it. Our dedicated in-store experts are happy to provide demonstrations of our products, and are available to answer any questions about our in-store products. We understand that our online customers don’t always have the chance to try these items before they buy them - that’s why our online return policy differs from our in-store policy.
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return.
At this time, we can only exchange items for different sizes and colours. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
