Online Returns

Any online purchase can be returned to our site within 30 days of delivery. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment. We are happy to issue a full refund for your purchase, however, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping your return.

  1. Get your Return Authorization number (Fill out the form above, and we’ll email you an RA number within 48 business hours. If your return qualifies for return shipping, we will also provide a shipping label).
  2. Repackage your item (along with its original packaging and all required accessories). Seal the box and write your R.A. number in large numbers on the outside of the box. You can use the shipping company and service level of your choice to return your order.
  3. Ship it back! Once your return is received, our returns team will process it and issue a refund to the original form of payment.
     

Please Note: Our refund policy for in-store purchases differs from our online return policy.

Exception to our Normal Return Policy - Collectibles, Food and Beverage and PPE items:

Collectibles: Any item deemed a collectible (e.g., limited editions, rare items, or specialty merchandise) is subject to this policy.

Unopened Collectibles & Food and Beverage: Collectible and Food and Beverage items must remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Collectibles: Once a collectible item has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Opened items are considered final sale.

Food & Beverage: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened food or beverage items.

PPE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sanitizer, masks, gloves, face shields, wipes or other PPE for hygienic reasons.

In-Store Return Policy


Showcase guarantees products are free from manufacturer defects for 30 days after purchase with a valid receipt unless otherwise noted on your receipt.

If your product is found to have a manufacturer defect, Showcase will issue an exchange or store credit. Please contact us for more details.
