FedEx Shipping Guarantees Suspended
While FedEx continues to operate in Canada, they have suspended their guaranteed delivery deadlines. Our own warehouse has experienced a high volume of orders as well, and we continue to operate with a volunteer staff. If you have received your order confirmation email, then your order has been placed in queue. You will receive a follow up email containing your FedEx tracking number on the day that your order ships. We are prioritizing orders for first responders, hospital staff and frontline government workers.
Free Shipping Options ↑
We offer free Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $39 before taxes. Orders placed with our free shipping option ship via FedEx using our standard shipping service.
A $9.99 Shipping Fee applies to any order under $39 before taxes. Unless the Express Shipping option is selected, all orders ship via FedEx using our standard shipping service.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of online orders, and we are working with a reduced team of volunteer staff. We promise you'll receive your order, but at this time, orders received are being placed into a 5-10 day shipping queue. You will receive a FedEx tracking number by email once your order ships.
Express Shipping Options ↑
Orders placed with our express shipping option will be delivered using FedEx's next day level of service. Please note that due to the events of Covid-19, FedEx has suspended its guarantee of next day service. They will still attempt to deliver in that time, but refunds will not be issued if they cannot deliver within that period.

We promise you'll receive your order, but at this time, orders received are being placed into our shipping queue. You will receive a FedEx tracking number by email once your order ships.
Payment Processing ↑
When an order is placed on the Showcase website, your credit card will be verified and immediately charged for the full amount of your order.
For your protection, Showcase will confirm the billing address you provide with your financial institution. The billing address you provide must match the billing address on file with your financial institution.
If your order contains a shipping address that differs from the billing address on file with your financial institution, your order may require additional verification from us, via email or phone call.
For your protection, Showcase reserves the right to cancel any order with a billing address that differs from the shipping address.
If Showcase is unable to fulfill your order, any unshipped items will be cancelled and the charges for those items refunded. Refunds will be issued to the card of purchase. Please allow up to 48 business hours for any refunds to be reflected by your financial institution.
Changing Your Order ↑
If you require a change to your order, please contact Website Support. Although Showcase will make every effort to accommodate your change, we cannot guarantee that changes placed after business hours can be made before an order is shipped.
Order Processing ↑
Showcase strives to process all orders within 1 business day of being placed. Once processed, your order will be shipped, with delivery times varying depending on the level of service you select. Orders placed with Express Shipping will be delivered within 2 business days of being processed. Orders placed with standard shipping will be delivered within 10 business days of being processed.
Showcase processes and ships orders from our Toronto Warehouse weekly from Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.
We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

If a product is listed as Pre-Order on our website, we are waiting for our supplier to deliver that product to our warehouse. While we list an estimated ship date on each product, we cannot guarantee an exact shipping date for pre-order items, as vendor delivery times can vary.
Once we receive a shipment of goods from our suppliers, pre-orders are fulfilled first. If you would like to reserve a pre-order to guarantee that your shipment is fulfilled first, please complete your purchase as usual. When your order is shipped, you will be sent a separate shipping confirmation for each pre-order item on your order.
Handling Fees for Pre-Orders ↑
When placing an order that contains both pre-order and in-stock items, you will be provided several shipping options. You may choose to wait and receive all items in one shipment. In this case standard shipping rates will apply (Either Free Shipping for orders over $39 before tax, or a $9.99 shipping charge for orders under $39 before tax).
If you opt to receive your items across multiple shipments, you will be charged our standard shipping rate along with a handling fee for each subsequent pre-order item that is awaiting shipment.
For pre-orders placed with Free Shipping or Standard Shipping, the handling fee for each item is $4.99.
For pre-orders placed with Express Shipping, the handling fee for each item is $6.99.

Showcase uses FedEx for all Standard and Express shipments.
Tracking Your Order With FedEx ↑
When your order ships, A FedEx tracking number will be emailed. Track your order from this email, or by visiting the FedEx website.
In rural areas, FedEx may subcontract to affiliate carriers. If your tracking information is incomplete on the FedEx website, please contact their customer care department, along with your tracking number, for additional tracking information from their affiliate partners.
Items that cannot be successfully delivered or left for safe-drop may be returned to the FedEx depot for pickup. We encourage our customers to follow their order delivery progress online.
Safe Drop With FedEx ↑
If the FedEx attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a milk box, porch, garage or security desk. Otherwise, they will leave a delivery notice indicating where you can pick up your package – typically your local FedEx distribution center. Please note, if you missed a delivery, you can contact FedEx at 1 (800) 463-3339 to arrange to have your delivery rescheduled.
Statutory Holidays and FedEx ↑
Statutory Holidays: Our shipping service does not make deliveries on Statutory Holidays. Express shipments scheduled for delivery on a Statutory Holiday will be delivered on the following day. Click here for a full list of Statutory Holidays.
Delivery to PO Boxes, APOs, and FPOs ↑
Regrettably, oversized or large items cannot be shipped to a PO Box or to APOs or FPOs. If the size of your order exceeds that of a standard mailbox, then it cannot be shipped or mailed to a PO Box, an APO, or an FPO. Please note that FedEx may also have limited access to PO Boxes in your area - it is recommended to provide a physical delivery address for guaranteed delivery or to include a phone number so that FedEx can arrange a custom delivery option.
Shipping Restrictions ↑
Showcase cannot process orders where the destination address reflects a freight forwarder, distribution center, warehouse, airport or hotel.
International Orders ↑
To order within the United States, please visit our US website.
All orders are taxed according to the provincial tax codes of the address to which they are delivered.
No Duties ↑
There are no duties, tariffs or surprise shipping fees on orders from our site.
