Free Shipping Options

  • Free shipping excludes extended delivery and handling fees.

Extended Delivery Fees

  • Extended Delivery Handling fees apply in regions distant from major sort facilities, impacting the base shipping cost.
  • Additional handling fees may apply for Extended Delivery. 

Payment Processing

  • Credit cards charged immediately upon order placement; billing address verified with financial institution.
     

Changing Your Order

  • Efforts made to accommodate changes; no guarantees for changes after business hours before shipment.
     

Order Processing

  • Orders processed within 1 business day; delivery times vary (1-10 business days for standard).
  • Shipping occurs from the Toronto Warehouse Monday - Friday; weekend orders processed the following business day.
     

Pre-Orders

To help us get your orders to you as quickly and accurately as possible, pre-order items are processed separately from in-stock items. This allows us to ship in-stock products without waiting for pre-order inventory to arrive and helps avoid delays or split shipments.

These ordering limits help ensure:

  • Faster processing of in-stock orders.
  • More accurate delivery estimates for pre-order items.
  • A smoother checkout and fulfillment experience overall.

If you try to combine in-stock and pre-order items or add more than one pre-order SKU to your cart, you'll be prompted to place a separate order. Thank you for your understanding!
  

Tracking Your Order:

  • Our shipping service may subcontract to affiliate carriers in rural areas; incomplete tracking details can be resolved through customer care.
      

Statutory Holidays and Delivery

  • No deliveries on Statutory Holidays; Express shipments on these days delivered the following day.
     

Delivery to PO Boxes, APOs, and FPOs

  • Oversized items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs; provide a physical delivery address for guaranteed delivery.
     

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders not processed for freight forwarders, distribution centers, warehouses, airports, or hotels.
     

International Orders

  • Visit the US website for orders within the United States.
     

Taxes

  • Orders taxed according to provincial tax codes at the delivery address.
     

No Duties

  • No duties, tariffs, or surprise shipping fees on orders.
