Easy Instructions For Use: 

While in the bath, shower or steam wet skin for 5 to 10 minutes. Wet the Exfolio and ring away excess water, leaving it slightly damp.

Step out of the water and use the Exfolio to remove layers of dead skin. Exfoliate using brisk upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells rolling away.

Repeat for each part of your body. The more pressure you apply the better results you will see.

Please Note:  DO NOT use any soaps, lotions or sprays on your skin, only water. The unique fabric of the Exfolio relies on friction to work. Using any products will create a film on the skin making it too slippery for the Exfolio to grab and remove dead skin cells.
