These multi-purpose matte pencils have been designed for use on lips and eyes.
As a lip liner they help you create perfectly defined lips. Shape your lips and fill in to use as a lipstick. Or use as a base coat with your favorite lipstick. As an eye liner they help you create the makeup looks you love. They go on smooth and are easy to spread or blend.
Each pencil is dual-ended for ease of use. Use one end for your lips and the other for your eyes. The pencils are non-drying and long lasting so you can maintain your look all day or night!

Easy Instructions For Use
1. Start at the corner of your mouth and trace the outline of your upper lip until you get to the Cupid's Bow (the divot in the middle of your lip, under your nose). Repeat on the other side of your mouth.2. Draw a hard line around the outside of your bottom lip's shape, corner to corner of your mouth.
3. Lightly and subtly blend the liner to bleed into your lips so the lines are hard on the outside, but soften on the inside of the shape.
4. Fill in the inside of the lip shape you've created with a similar or complimentary lipstick color.
Tip: Be sure to apply moisturizer or lip balm to your lips before using a liner if you plan to color in your whole lip with it. Liners have a higher wax content than lipsticks, meaning they will effectively preserve moisture, but they do not provide moisture.
