Kyle Lowry

Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Lowry scored 30 points and had seven 3-pointers in a 108–100 loss to Milwaukee. While this game was a loss, Lowry's seven 3-pointers were a season-high and a career-high for Lowry. Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals, Lowry recorded 26 points, 10 assists, and 7 rebounds in a 114–110 series-clinching win over Golden State. It's no wonder why Lowry is considered a Top Player in helping the Raptors win their first NBA championship in franchise history.

Pascal Siakam

Game 1 of the 2019 finals, Siakam scored a playoff career-high 32 points in a 118–109 win over Golden State. Game 6, Siakam scored 18 points in a 100–94 series-clinching win over the Bucks, helping the Raptors advance to the NBA Finals for the first time in franchise history. Later that month, at the 2019 NBA Awards, Siakam was named the NBA’s Most Improved Player for the 2018–19 season.

Danny Green

On July 18, 2018, Green was traded to the Toronto Raptors. On November 10, 2018, in a 128–112 win over the New York Knicks, Green reached 1,000 3-pointers for his career. Green helped the Raptors reach the 2019 NBA Finals, where they defeated the Golden State Warriors in six games, and Green earned his second NBA championship.

Marc Gasol

On 7 February 2019, Gasol was traded to the Toronto Raptors. He made his debut for the Raptors two days later, recording seven points and six rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench in a 104–99 win over the New York Knicks. Gasol quickly stepped into the starting center role, and his pass-first offensive approach helped the Raptors become the NBA's top 3-point shooting team over the second half of the season. He helped the Raptors reach the 2019 NBA Finals & defeat the Golden State Warriors.

Kawhi Leonard

Considered the superstar of the Raptors, Leonard helped the Raptors take a 3–1 series lead with 36 points and 12 rebounds in a 105–92 Game 4 win on the road in Oakland. In Game 6, he scored 22 points in a 114–110 win to help take the Raptors to a 4–2 series victory in claiming his second NBA championship. He was named the NBA Finals MVP for the second time, becoming the third Finals MVP to have won the award with two teams. Leonard scored 732 points during the 2019 playoffs setting the third-best scoring total for a single NBA postseason in league history.
