Before standing, sit up gradually and rest for 30 seconds to avoid getting light-headed.
In just 5 to 10 minutes a day the Adjust-a-Stretch Back Deluxe will help to relieve pain and stiffness in your back. Specially designed with an adjustable handle so you choose the most comfortable height for your back. Just twist the handle to adjust the curvature height. Start with a low height and adjust as needed to stretch your back. Work up to a greater stretch over time. With consistent use this will help to restore the natural curvature of your spine.

How Does A Back Stretcher Work?
