I love this chair
I absolutely love this chair. I don't like intense exercising, so this chair is perfect for me. I love the slow and targeted movements provided on the dvd's and the poster with the 10 exercises as well. I was sweating after about 15 minutes and I didn't feel sore all over the next day. What's not to like, Pilates is great. It's taken me so long to find the right exercise program for me. The chair is really sturdy to. I'm impressed. Hat's off to the designer.
