How Does A Neck Stretcher Work?
As we age, gravity begins to pull the spine down, compressing the vertebrae and often causing pain and discomfort. The first step to making a stretching device work for you is to try and completely relax the neck and shoulder muscles. Once that happens, the stretcher starts to stretch the spine vertically, creating some space in between the vertebrae and counteracting the natural effects of gravity.
A neck stretcher also works to relieve issues with the sciatic nerve, neck pain, migraines, and sore upper back muscles. It’s also great to use with any number of physical stretches, including yoga postures, to help with relief and flexibility. The built-in magnets provide a tissue massage to release the fatigue in your muscles and enhance the blood circulation Acupressure nodes add stimulation of certain back points and aid in restoring the spine and shoulders.
