Instructions for converting RopeFREE to a full-length jump rope:

Open the lid on the handle and pull the rope out to expose the end

Open the clip and remove it from the currently attached rope

Insert the full-length rope (cut-off excess if needed to adjust the length)

Attach the clip onto the full-length rope end

Pull the rope and clip back into the handle

Close the lid on the handle

Repeat steps for the other end of the rope and handle
